Welcome to Cosy at Home. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and colours are as accurate as possible.

However:

Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Product measurements may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.
Images are for illustration purposes only unless otherwise stated.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This email confirms that we have received your order but does not mean your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and Cosy at Home is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

A product is unavailable.
Payment cannot be authorised.
Pricing or listing errors have occurred.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment methods displayed during checkout.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Our current delivery aim is within 7 working days for eligible mainland UK addresses.

8. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.

Risk passes to you upon successful delivery.

9. Returns

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details regarding cancellations, returns and refunds.

10. Warranty

If your product develops a manufacturing defect, please contact us.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse or accidental damage.
Incorrect assembly.
Commercial use unless agreed in writing.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosy at Home shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
